- Custom-Made Products (Important)
All products are made-to-order and customized based on customer-provided specifications.
For this reason, returns and exchanges are not generally accepted.
We encourage customers to carefully review all measurements, designs, and details before placing an order.
- Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange
We may accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged or defective
The product is significantly different from the approved design or order details
You received the wrong item
- Timeframe for Claims
Any return or exchange request must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
- Proof Requirement
To process your request, you must provide:
Clear photos or videos of the product
Images of packaging (if damaged during shipping)
Order number and details
- Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:
Replacement of the product
Necessary alterations or corrections
Partial or full refund (depending on the issue)
The resolution will be decided based on the nature of the problem.
- Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
Change of mind after order placement
Minor variations due to handmade production
Slight color differences due to lighting or screen display
- Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our error (defect, wrong item), we will guide you regarding return shipping.
In other eligible cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
